The Recovery Village at Palmer Lake is a wonderful facility. From the minute we contacted the organization until the day we left the facility after finishing rehab, they were nothing but kind, patient and professional. The first counselor we spoke with over the phone was so kind and helpful. His name was Matt. Thank you Matt, wherever you might be. Thanks for listening during our most harrowing moments. Thanks for making sure we felt safe contacting you again. I am so glad I kept your contact number after that first call. And thanks to The Revovery Village for guiding us through the burocracy of FMLA+ and the health insurance maze. Because of your professional knowledge and assistance about the financial programs and hurdles, my son came out of rehab with his home and job in place. Your program removed the fear many people have when they seek medical help. Financial risks are real and I am grateful your organization helped us avoid the many pitfalls out there. Our family is so much better than I ever could have hoped for. Our path still lies before us, with choices to be made, both errors and victories. Great place to go and get help!! It changed my life and I would recommend this place to anyone who is struggling and wants to be sober. I’m so grateful for the opportunity to be there! Thanks to the staff for being a great team and overall nice with great attitudes. I give it 5 stars!!!⭐️

One year ago, June 28th, 2023, I checked myself into The Recovery Village at Palmer Lake. I was broken, scared and didn’t have one answer - other than I needed help. I was beyond sick and tired of being sick and tired. After my 41 day stay, I walked out the door feeling alive again. I was happy again. Feeling again. The education I received still leaves me feeling so very grateful. You have to bust your tail in here - if you want it. The warmth. The understanding. The guidance. The pushes and nudges. I think about every person that helped me on my sobriety path in there.. they became “my people.” I couldn’t think of a better way to end this day….to recognize and pay my sincere gratitude and respects to the wonderful people who make Palmer Lake what it is. One year later… I AM STILL SOBER😊. Thank you🤍 Katie Watters

I was so nervous coming here not knowing what to expect. The staff immediately made me comfortable. From then on I felt at home. The staff is so helpful and friendly. I met amazing people going through the same stuff as me. Highly recommend this facility.
