The Ranch offers expert clinical care and a variety of treatment options to address mental health disorders and substance abuse. Through comprehensive residential treatment, with traditional and experiential therapies, clients are able to recover within a safe, accepting space.

The Ranch Pennsylvania Outpatient Center provides structured outpatient treatment for adults with substance use disorders, mental health conditions and co-occurring disorders in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Treatment is available through partial hospitalization (PHP) and intensive outpatient programming (IOP), allowing patients to continue building independence while receiving consistent clinical support.
The program operates across two locations. Admissions and all treatment sessions take place at The Ranch Pennsylvania Outpatient Center. Patients participating in PHP may live at The Ranch Pennsylvania Outpatient Residence, a separate supportive residence where they can stay outside treatment hours. Transportation is provided between the two locations for PHP residents.

The Ranch Pennsylvania Outpatient Center provides treatment at the partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient levels of care. Both programs offer structured clinical support while allowing patients to build greater independence than they would in inpatient or residential treatment. Treatment is individualized based on each patient’s clinical needs, progress and recovery goals.

Partial hospitalization is a step down from intensive rehab like detox and inpatient care. Patients live at our Outpatient Residence and attend sessions at the Center.
During our intensive outpatient treatment, clients live off-site and attend scheduled appointments in-person at our Outpatient Center.
Planning for continued care begins during treatment. Our team helps patients identify appropriate next steps and resources to support continued recovery after PHP or IOP.
The Ranch Pennsylvania Outpatient Center offers comprehensive mental health care at the PHP and IOP levels for individuals struggling with mental health disorders, substance use disorders, or co-occurring conditions. Treatment focuses on helping patients better understand their symptoms, strengthen emotional regulation and build practical skills they can use outside the treatment setting.
What We Treat
Anxiety, depression, trauma, and other challenges are met with care that is steady and compassionate. Life skills training, comfortable accommodations and peer support gives you the tools you need for a better life in recovery.
The Ranch Pennsylvania Outpatient Center is the clinical hub for both PHP and IOP treatment. Admissions, therapy sessions, psychiatric services, family sessions and other clinical programming take place at our well-appointed treatment office.
The Ranch Pennsylvania Outpatient Residence provides supportive housing for adults participating in PHP. Residents travel to the Outpatient Center for treatment and return to the Residence outside programming hours. Support staff are available at the Residence 24/7 to help maintain a safe, structured environment and assist patients as they develop practical life skills and greater independence.
Available amenities and activities may differ depending on the level of care.
The Ranch Pennsylvania Outpatient Center is in-network with most major insurance carriers including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Humana, and United.
If you don’t have health insurance or your coverage is limited, that shouldn’t prevent you from accessing care. The Ranch Pennsylvania offers private pay options to accommodate your needs.

Patients should begin at the Outpatient Center at 1817 Olde Homestead Lane, Suite 205, in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
In very rare cases, patients may be instructed to start their care at the Outpatient Residence location. Your intake coordinator will guide you if this is the case.
At The Ranch Pennsylvania Outpatient Center, we work with many private health insurance companies to limit the out-of-pocket costs of rehab. Ultimately, the cost of rehab depends on whether someone has health insurance, the level of care they need and how long they stay in rehab.
The Ranch Pennsylvania Outpatient Center does not pay for your travel to and from the facility during admission or discharge. Travel between the Outpatient Residence and Outpatient Center is provided for PHP patients during their stay. IOP patients are responsible for travel to and from their scheduled appointments.
