During this level of care, clients work through withdrawal symptoms under the supervision of medical professionals.
Residential substance abuse treatment is the most intensive level of care after medical detox, with continued monitoring while living at the center full-time.
Residential rehab helps patients focus entirely on addressing their mental health condition. They live onsite at our professional treatment center, then transition to outpatient care.
Partial hospitalization is a step down from intensive rehab like detox and inpatient care, with sessions 10 minutes from the main facility.
During our intensive outpatient treatment, clients live off-site and attend scheduled appointments in-person or virtually.
Outline each client’s next steps after their treatment ends, including follow-up appointments and recommendations for nearby support groups.
Our expert staff knows that mental health can be just as invasive to a person’s life as any other clinical problem. We treat mental health together with addiction, but at Promises Brazos Valley we can also treat mental health disorders separately. We have focused therapists that understand how to uncover and unpack our relationships others and our own selves.

Their newly modernized campus is designed to feel comfortable and stable, with cozy furnishings and nature-themed art. Living areas offer structured housing with separate wings for men and women and double rooms that include an en-suite bathroom. On-site staff provide support 24 hours a day so clients can focus on their health through good food, exercise, and time to build positive bonds with others.
