Wayne Orvis is the Chief Executive Officer of Advanced Recovery Systems. He joined the organization in June 2026 and leads its national network of treatment centers and family of brands, including The Recovery Village, Promises, The Right Step, and The Ranch. Wayne brings more than 30 years of healthcare leadership to the role, with experience spanning national pharmacy operations, outpatient imaging, and behavioral health. Throughout his career, he has built strong teams and operating models that expand access to care and equip clinical staff to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
