Kevin Reese

Kevin Reese serves as Vice President of Business Development at The Recovery Village, where he leads national growth strategy, oversees the Business Development team, and builds partnerships that expand access to behavioral healthcare across the country. In this role, Kevin focuses on strengthening referral networks, supporting regional outreach efforts, and ensuring communities have reliable pathways to high-quality treatment.

Kevin has spent nearly a decade with The Recovery Village, steadily advancing through leadership roles that reflect both his impact and institutional knowledge. He joined the organization in 2014 as Community Outreach Director and went on to serve as State Outreach Director, Eastern Director of Outreach, and ultimately Vice President of Business Development in May 2024. Throughout his tenure, Kevin has played a key role in scaling outreach operations, improving partner engagement, and driving measurable regional and national growth.

Prior to entering behavioral healthcare, Kevin built a strong foundation in sales, relationship development, and business strategy across multiple industries, including hospitality, resort management, and entrepreneurship as the owner of a sports memorabilia business. These experiences shaped his people-first approach to business development and his ability to build trust-driven partnerships.

Based in Orlando, Florida, Kevin frequently travels nationwide to support TRV’s growth initiatives and represent the organization at grand openings and regional events.
