Vivienne holds a MS (Master’s degree in Biology and Nutrition) a licensed / Certified CDN (Certified Dietitian Nutritionist). Supplementing her practice as a CHT (Certified hypnotherapist). With 20 years of Nutrition Practices in both Rye, The Bronx, New York and a an Italian restaurant in Connecticut. Currently, she is a college professor, runs nutrition and health groups at a substance abuse rehabilitation center, and maintains her virtual practice. She is passionate about Nutrition and Substance abuse, HIV and securing food for all. Her first cookbook was released in November of 2020.
