You can schedule appointments, communicate with your therapist and attend teletherapy sessions right in the app. It’s everything you need for good mental health, all in one place.
STEP 1
Get started by downloading Nobu on your Apple or Android device or accessing Nobu on your desktop. You’ll create your account credentials and complete the signup process.

Once your account is created, you’ll be able to set goals, access features like yoga, meditation and sleep sounds and more. You can also schedule and attend therapy appointments.

After you’ve signed up and signed in, you’ll get notified of upcoming appointments. Just tap or click to join your sessions and say hello to your therapist.
