Nicole Costa, MSW, LICSW, LCSW-S

Nicole Costa holds a Master’s degree from Boston College and is a licensed clinical social worker with 20 years of experience. She has primarily held leadership roles, most recently serving as the Chief Clinical Officer for a large national behavioral health company. Before this, she was the Vice President of Operations and the State Division Director for partial hospitalization and day treatment programs, focusing on mental health and substance use.

Nicole is licensed in multiple states and has extensive experience opening and licensing new mental health and behavioral healthcare programs. Her work spans for-profit and nonprofit sectors, where she has successfully advanced behavioral healthcare companies nationwide. She has also served on the Association of Behavioral Healthcare board and is active in her local community, volunteering for organizations that support marginalized communities.

In her free time, Nicole enjoys spending time with her family, including her three sons, at the beach and vacationing abroad.
