Leah Scott, MBA, COTA

Leah Scott is the Executive Director of The Recovery Village Indianapolis. Leah has 20 years of healthcare experience with the last ten focusing on healthcare operations. She has been on the ground level of several startups within the inpatient and outpatient industry. She obtained her undergraduate degree in Psychology and continued advanced degrees as her healthcare career started. She graduated in 2012 with an associate’s in occupational therapy assistant and a master’s in Business in 2018. 

Leah’s goals are to provide exceptional care focusing on mental health and substance use disorder while breaking the barriers that prevent individuals from treatment.
