Fallon O’Connell, MSW, LCADC, CCS, is a dedicated leader in the field of addiction therapy with over 20 years of experience. A graduate of Grand Canyon University, she started her career as a counselor intern in methadone treatment, where she developed a deep expertise in addiction recovery and therapeutic interventions. Her career trajectory has been marked by progressive leadership roles, including serving as the Regional Outpatient Director at Recovery Centers of America (RCA). Currently, she services as the Clinical Director at The Recovery Village Cherry Hill at Cooper, where she continues to leverage her extensive clinical background to lead teams, enhance program effectiveness, and drive positive outcomes for individuals in recovery.
