Dr. Tralonda Triplett, PhD, MPH

Dr. Tralonda Triplett is the Co-Owner and Director of Operations for the Institute for Successful Leadership (ISL). She leads ISL’s drive to foster comprehensive wellness – not just the absence of disease – in diverse populations around the globe. Over the years, Dr. Triplett has provided technical assistance and leadership development workshops to diverse industries and audiences worldwide, and authored interventions addressing disparities and promoting prevention of HIV/AIDS, sexual violence, obesity and other chronic and infectious diseases.

Triplett’s advocacy of professional ethics in all spectra of health has championed humanity and resilience of diverse communities. Her passion welcomes opportunities to interact and engage with new communities, share her experiences, and promote expanded levels of compassion, empathy, and worldviews for all she encounters.
