Spencer Pfleiderer has dedicated his professional career to building holistic, meaningful systems that lead to meaningful, measurable outcomes for the most vulnerable populations in Central Florida. Spence currently serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Central Care Mission, a position he has held since 2008, after nearly 20 years in church ministries throughout Florida. Under Spence’s leadership, Central Care Mission crafted a foundational life skills program for physical, spiritual, financial, vocational, and emotional health; and adjusted their addictions treatment and counseling model based on the latest scientific research in neuroplasticity. Spence believes in constantly striving after human transformation. He is passionate about building holistic systems that address the personal circumstances of each individual and measuring the success of those systems honestly to ensure the best possible outcomes.
