    Sandee Nebel is a licensed mental health counselor, practicing in central Florida and Tampa-Clearwater. She is a specialist in the treatment of adult populations with anxiety, depression, eating disorders, substance abuse, and relationship issues. Along with her work with individual clients, she is a frequent presenter at professional conferences and facilitates clinical trainings to new counselors. She provides supervision, staff training, and consulting to residential treatment centers and outpatient programs. Sandee has business management experience as a business owner, executive director, and clinical director of counseling treatment centers in Orlando and Tampa.

    Sandee has worked with major healthcare clients and universities to deliver day-long workshops and trainings. She has presented seminars and lunch and learns in both the health and wellness and workplace settings. Along with mental health, some popular topics she excels in include: strength and resiliency, self-care, mindful eating, exercise, stress management, mindfulness meditation, managing workplace conflicts and dealing with difficult people.

    Sandee received her Masters of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University. Sandee Nebel is a licensed mental health counselor in the state of Florida, a certified eating disorder specialist and approved supervisor (IAEDP), and a certified and registered yoga teacher and educator.
