Information:

Dr. Ochsner completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Colorado, Boulder, graduating Magna Cum Laude in EPO biology with a minor in biochemistry. He received a health professions scholarship through the United States Air Force and graduated from the University of Colorado School of Medicine in 2007. Dr. Ochsner completed his family medicine residency at Eglin Air Force Base and then spent the next several years on tours to Yokota Air Base in Japan and Buckley Air Force Base in Colorado. After separating from active duty, he joined Kaiser Permanente and worked in traditional outpatient family medicine for 18 months. Looking for a career change, Dr. Ochsner joined The Recovery Village at Palmer Lake in 2016 and has worked exclusively in the addictions field ever since. Dr. Ochsner is board-certified in family medicine and plans to sit for his Addiction Medicine Board through the American Board of Preventive Medicine (ABPM) in October of 2018.
