This detox was one of the best I’ve ever been too. Staff are extremely helpful and caring. They made this experience a lot more bearable. They give you lots of meds for whatever it is you’re detoxing from so that is also extremely helpful and of course makes the process of detoxing from whatever the substance is 10x easier. Thanks

After admitting myself and in hopes of regaining control over my prescription medications, as well as substance abuse and TRAUMA.. I quickly found that EVERYTHING that I found to be 'wrong' with the daily activities, was indeed a direct reflection on what was wrong with me! And so, by following a strict 'seemingly manatnamous' schedule, I began to heal mentally, physically and spiritually! By learning to be comfortable with 'being uncomfortable' and NOT IN CONTROL! New neuropathways were created, enforced and then reinforced! It's my belief that ALCOHOLISM was but a mere symptom of what disengaged me from my authenticity, a shared reality and a sense of purpose! Today, with boundaries I'm freer to explore personal relationships, personal limits and my authentic self! Today my nervous system is no longer hampered with self crippling self doubt and anxious energy nor anger! No words can properly relay the amount of gratitude and love I have for the ENTIRE staff at The Recovery Village Umatilla!"The way a person FEELS-so this person THINKS!"

The clinical literature and the staff are very attentive and helpful to my recovery

The medical, Behavior health tech's and therapist are all on a professional level. They have a MAT program to help with Detox. You're allowed Phone Time between 4-8 pm everyday. The food is Awesome. It's prepared at a culinary degree"Chef's on site".They also have three ping pong tables, you can enjoy their comfortable seating in the two day rooms. You are provided with the choices including, Movies to stream, X Box, and cable TV.There are Smoke and Vape areas with picnic tables and benches for seating. This establishment is Amazing & Remarkable. Village Recovery helped me change my life around. I thank all the people who helped me to achieve that. TAKE CARE & GOD BLESS.

It Feels good being sober and thanks to recovery village. I am now 335 days sober. It was a great learning experience about myself and getting to know other people like myself. You must work the program and learn from the teachers and your peers. It’s a matter of life or death. Alcohol or drugs is not important. it’s the people who love you and if you don’t have family or Friends. Jehovah God and Jesus Christ love’s you very much. Psalms 83:18

Still sober

Took a bit to get used to it, but I gained so much while here and wished I’d stayed for longer even with the schedule and issues faced. Started working through many of my difficulties with my therapist and utilization of my tools taught to me. Would recommend for the first stepping stone to extended recovery.

Nursing staff in detox were awesome!! The absolute best!!!

Beyond grateful that I went there. Learned a lot of new skills to stay clean and get over the hump and detoxed to get back to life. The was staff was amazing and very accommodating and could tell they actually cared about all of us there. If you're in need of help, Recovery Village is the way to go!

I’m been here twice and been in San Diego for treatment for last 9 months it’s not the treatment center at all they can teach all the skills but if don’t use it it’s a mess
