Dr. Isteaq Ahmed

Dr. Isteaq Ahmed is the Associate Medical Director at The Recovery Village Columbus Drug & Alcohol Rehab, located in central Ohio. With a focus on addiction medicine, Dr. Ahmed oversees the delivery of comprehensive treatments, including medical detox, inpatient, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient services, and a specialty track for veterans and first responders. A graduate of St. George’s University, he brings a wealth of expertise to our substance abuse treatment facility. Dr. Ahmed’s commitment to improving mental health ensures patients receive the highest quality care. The facility collaborates with most insurance providers, including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Medicaid, Optum, United, Aetna, Cigna, and Veterans Insurance.
