Lisa St. Aubyn

Lisa St. Aubyn is a lifelong Kansas City native. As Executive Director of The Recovery Village Kansas City, Lisa is thrilled to have the opportunity to bring a top tier recovery center to her hometown. She graduated from the University of Kansas in 1988 as a Master Level Social Worker and continued on to obtain her clinical licensure. She has always enjoyed working in psychiatric and substance abuse facilities and had the opportunity to do nearly every role from Mental Health Tech to CEO. 

Before leading The Recovery Village Kansas City, Lisa was the CEO of Signature Psychiatric Center in North Kansas City. Prior to that, she worked at HCA as a Vice President of Operations and a CEO at Research Psychiatric Center. While she loved clinical work, she found herself in operations type roles early on in her career and has been called to serve in leadership roles over the past 25 years.

She and her husband are blessed to have all four of their children in the Kansas City metro, as well as five grandchildren.
