When paying for rehab, insurance is one of the most effective ways to minimize costs. Most health insurance providers will cover some or all of the costs of rehab treatment, though providers may only cover certain facilities, types of treatment and levels of care.
Drug and alcohol treatment programs can vary widely in length depending on the type of treatment and severity of the addiction. Typically, treatment at The Recovery Village takes 35 to 45 days. However, clients in outpatient treatment can continue to work as they are not staying onsite at the facility.
Yes, our multidisciplinary team of experts provides treatment for substance abuse as well as co-occurring mental health disorders. Since addiction and mental health are often intertwined, it’s important to treat both to maximize the chances of long-term recovery.
When staying at a rehab facility, clients will follow a schedule that includes individual and group therapy, physician visits, mealtimes, recreational activities and free periods. For example, a client may get breakfast, attend individual therapy, have lunch, visit their physician, have recreational time, eat dinner, attend group therapy and then take time to be alone or with peers.
Staying in treatment for the entire duration is key to lasting recovery, and we strongly encourage you to do so. However, you can leave the facility at any time, even if it’s against our medical advice.
