About

Alison Dulfer is the Executive Director at The Recovery Village Palm Beach at Baptist Health. With more than 15 years of experience in behavioral health, she’s served in progressive operational leadership roles in both substance use disorder and psychiatric inpatient facilities. Alison has a bachelor’s in Health Information Management from the College of St. Scholastica and an MBA from Florida Atlantic University. She is a Registered Health Information Administrator with a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. 

Most recently, Alison was the Program Director for the Behavioral Health service line at a large tertiary acute care hospital in Savannah, Georgia. Prior to that role, she was the CEO of a freestanding 96-bed inpatient psychiatric facility with outpatient and ECT services in Conroe, Texas. When she’s not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, reading and being outdoors.
