Sarah Wasilk has been a licensed Substance Use Disorder Professional in Washington State since 2011 and working in the Substance Use field since 2008. She is a Clinician at the Ridgefield Recovery Village and has training in DBT and works from the premise of Choice Therapy that “every individual has the power to control themselves and has limited power to control others.” She understands that in life, circumstances happen that contribute to great pain however with support and self-exploration each person has the ability to create meaning and a new narrative from the pain.
