MISS KANSAS — Annika Wooton joins us as a Real Talk Brand Ambassador in 2021! She is a graduate from the University of Kansas, from Overland Park, Kansas, with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Illustration & Design. In addition to serving as an ambassador, Annika also dedicates her time to The Artist’s Fingerprint: The Transformative Power of the Arts and earned the top placement for the Jean Bartel Social Impact Initiative Award at Miss America 2020 for her work as an arts advocate. Supporting Real Talk and Advanced Recovery Systems is important to her because it educates students where they are and provides perspective and relatability through their ambassadors to connect with students about subjects that can be tough to talk about. We can impact the course of students’ lives with this program and create positive change for generations to come.
