
Tom has over 20+ years of experience working in the behavioral health industry. He has worked in a range of settings along the continuum-of-care, from prevention and population management to acute care hospitals, residential facilities, and outpatient programs. Throughout his career, Tom has worked with adolescents, adults, families, and specialized populations such as eating disorders, geriatrics, and impaired professionals, while serving in various capacities in clinical, triage/intake, business development, administrative, and executive roles. Most recently, Tom founded and launched a behavioral health company that consisted of multi-site mental health programs serving adolescents and adults that grew to be one of the largest providers in Atlanta. His entire career has been dedicated to the servitude of others in the pursuit of reducing suffering, achieving recovery, and changing the trajectory of people’s lives while supporting the continued evolution of the professional behavioral health community.
