Is My Loved One Addicted to Prescription Drugs? March 24, 2022 If you’re concerned that a friend, family member or loved one may struggle with a substance use disorder involving a prescription drug, this quiz can help you understand the common signs of addiction and identify them in your loved one. This quiz is a self-guided assessment that has been created from the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders which is the standard criteria for diagnosing mental health and substance use disorders. Although it can be used as a guide, this quiz cannot substitute for a clinical diagnosis of a substance use disorder.
