Originally from Boston, MA, Julie is a well-rounded healthcare professional with nearly 20 years of experience as a registered nurse. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in nursing from the University of Massachusetts. After graduating, she enrolled in a Master of Science and Master of Business Administration dual degree program at Grand Canyon University, where she received academic training in healthcare finance, statistics, leadership and ethics.
Julie’s professional highlights include her efforts in developing and managing an eating disorder program at Rady Children’s Hospital that served more than 100 patients. She also served patients at the Renfrew Center and Vines Hospital. Julie employs her passion for service to help patients work through addiction, trauma and mental illness at The Recovery Village.
