Heath Bechler has been a leader in the addictions and mental health treatment field for over 20 years. He got his start in the mental health field working in a group home in Colorado, where he worked as a counselor and administrator. Most recently, Heath has been the CEO of EMPAC, a non-profit employee assistance company. He also spent the past four years teaching as an adjunct professor for two community colleges.
