Everette Coffman is a registered marriage and family therapist and mental health counseling intern. He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of South Florida in psychology. He then received his master’s degree in marriage and family therapy with a certification in professional counseling from Southeastern University. He is currently a PhD student and a graduate assistant at the University of Florida. Everette has a unique ability to connect with people and has a natural gift for providing hope to his clients. He has been trained in EMDR for trauma therapy and also has been trained in EFT for couples. His passion also lies in helping those affected by addiction, whether it be the addict or the family. Through his own journey through addiction, and coming from a family of addiction, he has an uncanny ability to provide a unique dimension to understanding these dynamics.
Gelawdiyos Haile completed his Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling at Southeaster University and currently pursuing his Ph.D. at University of Central Florida. His research interests include: Addiction, multicultural counseling, human performance, interpersonal neurobiology (IPNB) in counseling. Gelawdiyos is an active member of the American Counseling Association (ACA), the Association for Counselor Education & Supervision (ACES), and the Association for Multicultural Counseling and Development (AMCD), Association for Applied Sport Psychology (AASP) and Professional Tennis Registry (PTR).
