FL Professional Education Series: Working With Teens: Tools + Tips for Counselors


Clinicians are invited to participate in this webinar if they have been hesitant about working with teens or are feeling stuck in their practice. Techniques for working effectively with teens will be covered.

Speaker: Natasha D'Arcangelo, LMHC, NCC, CCTP

About the Speaker: Natasha is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP). She works with children, adolescents and adults in private practice in Orlando, Fl. She has presented on the topic of mental health, carrying the message that it is normal to seek help and speak with a therapist. She is especially passionate about working with clients who are struggling with trauma, grief, depression and anxiety.


1. Therapists will be provided with concrete techniques to help improve their clinical practice

2. A review of the developmental stages will be given, addressing the unique challenges posed by COVID-19

3. A discussion of confidentiality and considerations when working with minors will be addressed

Time: 10AM-11AM

1 Continuing Education credit will be administered for attending this training.
