Professional Education Series: How do you know? Deploying Ongoing Assessmen
PLEASE REGISTER THROUGH ZOOM:
Speaker: Brock Bodenbender, LPCC
This presentation has been developed to assist those working in the mental health and substance use fields. Specifically it is geared towards explaining how ongoing assessment of clients can demonstrate the effectiveness of the interventions being provided to both clients and stakeholders. This is achieved through quantitatively tracking client self-report, professional observations, and contextual factors so that new trends and models can be illuminated to best serve client needs. Attendees will learn necessary information through visual demonstration of the components of this process and will learn how to deploy their own tools, chart data, and disseminate the information in audience appropriate language.
1. Introduce the efficacy of continual assessment
2. Generate knowledge of tools and assessment systems
3. Integrate assessment into ongoing practice environments
