Speaker: Laura Pena, Lead Facilitator at Art From Ashes
April 7th: Workshop 1: The Power Of Your Voice And The Importance Of Creative Expression
Allowing your right brain free reign to write what is in your subconscious without interference from your analytical left brain, which often attempts to silence and/or edit.
April 14th: Workshop 2: Recognizing The Ways In Which You Have Determined Your Identity
Using right-brain prompts to explore the subject of identity and learning through your writing how to distinguish between an identity based on experiences and circumstances and an identity based on purpose.
April 21st: Workshop 3: The Impact Of The Messages You Hear And How They Affect Your Choices
Discover how incoming stimulus from the world around you impacts your thinking. Tap into methods for a meaningful dialog between your thinking, your behavior, and what’s happening externally by finding your true voice.
April 28th: Workshop 4: Letting Go Of Your Past Experiences And Attitudes In Order To Find Release From Negative Emotions
We can look at a painful moment differently by recognizing our ability to choose our thoughts and words. By deliberately changing our perception, we can choose to be empowered by an event rather than debilitated by it.
