The instructor will explain - What a diet is and go over the many popular, tending and existing diets. We will focus on the healthiest diets for both weight maintenance and aging.

About the Speaker:

Vivienne holds a MS (Master’s degree in Biology and Nutrition) a licensed /Certified CDN (Certified Dietitian Nutritionist). Supplementing her practice as a CHT (Certified hypnotherapist). With over 20 years of Nutrition Consulting. With offices in both Rye and The Bronx, New York. Including a successful Italian restaurant (Vinoteca) in Connecticut. She is currently a college professor and leads nutrition and health groups at a substance abuse rehabilitation center. She is passionate about nutrition and works with client online. In the new year of 2022 - Let us clarify many of the most popular diets, especially the trends. with science to explain diets and examples of diets. The goal is to have students understand the fluctuations and roles of Proteins carbohydrates and fats in any diet.

No credits will be provided for attending this training. Our Community Education Series is open to the public and anyone interested in learning more about addiction and other mental health topics. Note: These webinars are not accredited by the NBCC and are not eligible for continuing education hours.
